*Dan the Gear Man® Service Tip: The upper king pins themselves usually do not need replacement.  If yours are worn or rough, order the QK4550 kit which includes both upper king pins, a ¾" drive impact socket/hex bit, and high strength Threadlocker.  The king pin torque specified by Dana is 600 ft-lbs.

1969-1970 W100 Closed Knuckle Front Axle Used Inner Axle Shafts are in really nice condition. We have a limited supply of both inner shafts.  Shafts are measured from center of u-joint hole to end of spline.  Shafts take a 5-74X internal c-clip universal joint. Hole diameter: 1.062", distance between yoke ears (lockup dimension) 2.188". If you have one of these classic vintage Dodge trucks, don't delay ordering because when these shafts are gone, they're gone!

Master Kits include 4 bearings with cups, 2 wheel seals, spindle nut socket, seal installer, bearing cup installers, & driver handle.  QK4725 also includes spindle nut lockwashers and hub gaskets.

Inner Axle Seal Kits Whenever you remove the front axle shafts, inspect the shafts and axle tubes for any signs of differential fluid leakage.  It's a lot cheaper and easier to replace the seals than rebuilding your diff after it blows up due to oil starvation!  Differential removal is required for most seals except the disconnect side on vacuum shift axles.  These are tricky seals to install, but you can do it with one of these kits!  A differential case spreader is definitely recommended but not absolutely required for differential removal/installation.  We also find a dead-blow sledge essential to reinstall the differential.  Extra seals, differential cover gaskets, and RTV sealant are available separately.  Call us for information on additional tools required to disassemble the axle.

QK4620E Inner Axle Seal Kit easily installs those tight fitting axle shaft oil seals on your 1988-1993 W150 or gas engine, light duty W250 with Dana Model 44 Axle and Central Axle Disconnect (CAD).  Makes seal installation easy and almost fool-proof.  Full kit includes 2 each left and right axle seals, 2 seal installers, 150,000 psi tensile strength alloy steel threaded rod with Grade 8 hardware, rod guide, & CAD gasket.  Our special seal installers support these difficult to install seals in 3 locations and are machined out of solid steel.  Inner Axle Seal Kit Fits all 1988-1993 W150 1/2 ton and gas powered, light duty W250 3/4 ton Dodge 4x4 Trucks.  Precision Machined Installers to allow adjustment of seal depth for worn inner axles.  QK4698E same as QK4620E (does both left and right sides) only with Precision Machined Depth Controlled Seal Installers that stop at the original precise depths. Spindle Bushing Set

Bronze Spindle Bushing Set for Dodge W100 and W200  4x4 trucks to 1972 with CLOSED KNUCKLES.  These bushings were pressed into the spindle on most closed knuckle models.  Some trucks also had these bushings pressed into the end of the axle tubes to support the inner axle shaft.  Each Kit includes 2 Bushings.  Made in U.S.A.
