2005-up F250, F350, F450, and F550 Super Duty trucks with Dana 60 Monobeam
axle are Made in U.S.A.. Standard Kit includes 4 greaseable ball
joints with hardware, cotter keys for the tie rod ends, , Threadlocker, anti-seize, & disc brake
caliper lube. Kit with tools also includes 2 ball
joint installer sleeves to use with your exsisting press.

2005-up
Super Duty Knuckle Seal Kit includes our heavy-duty QT1530 or
QT1531
Knuckle Seal Installer, 2 Knuckle Seals, 2 wheel hub to knuckle o-rings,
6 special hub screws, 2 hub gaskets, and
2 lockout hub o-rings.
Seal replacement is required anytime the axle shaft is removed
to prevent vacuum leaks and or water infiltration. Use the
QT1530 (F250-F350) or QT1531 (F450-550) for damage free
installation of the knuckle seal on the outer axle shaft and
then use it to seat the axle shaft assembly in the knuckle to
the proper depth.

Super Duty Knuckle Seal Kit includes 2 Knuckle Seals,
2 wheel hub to knuckle o-rings, 6 special hub screws, 2 hub
gaskets, and
2 lockout hub o-rings.

Knuckle Seal Installation
Ford knuckle seals are about the
trickiest
seals to install we have ever come across. The seal is of
a complicated unitized design that is easily damaged without the
correct installer. In fact, the knuckle seal is virtually
impossible to install correctly and without without damage unless a tool like our rugged QT1530
or QT1531 Knuckle Seal Installer is used to drive or press
the seal on. Not only is the seal a tight fit to the shaft, it also
must be installed to a specific depth on both the axle shaft and
in the knuckle. A damaged seal will allow water to
enter and vacuum to escape. Our QT1530 and QT1531 Knuckle Seal
Installers can also be purchased separately.
