Clutches For Ford
Diesel trucks we carry solid flywheel conversion kits for
replacing those troublesome and expensive stock Dual Mass
Flywheels (DMF), plus we are a stocking
distributor for legendary South Bend clutches.
South Bend has a well deserved reputation for quality and
dependability. All our clutches are 100% brand new, no
clutch core return required! South Bend clutches are Made in
U.S.A. of domestic and imported parts. Each kit includes
disc, clutch cover, pilot bearing/bushing, clutch release
bearing assembly, clutch alignment tool, Threadlocker,
anti-seize, dielectric grease, and Dan the Gear Man™
installation video. All carry a 1 year
warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The
maximum horsepower/torque rating is listed for each South Bend
clutch.
South Bend high performance clutches are noted for smooth
engagement and low pedal effort. ConO clutches feature
organic facings with very smooth engagement. ConOFE
clutches have an organic facing on one side and a feramic facing
on the other. They have a near stock clutch engagement with very
high torque ratings. ConFE clutches have full feramic
facings on the disc. FE clutches are a little abrupt on
engagement, but still much smoother than competitive ceramic
clutches. Note:

South Bend Heavy Duty 13"
Clutch Kits for1993-2002 Ford 7.3l Diesel engines replace
those failure prone original Dual Mass Flywheels and 12.4"
clutches on 1993-98 models. Kits also available to replace the
marginal original clutch setup for 1998-02 6 speed trucks.
Each kit includes 13" disc, pressure plate, solid flywheel,
clutch release bearing, clutch pilot, hardware, and alignment

South Bend Clutch which is big truck tough. The clutch disk is
designed to engage smoothly yet absorb the vibrations of your diesel and has the
capability of hauling heavy loads without causing premature disk
failure. Unlike the original equipment disk which has a tendency
to throw the dampening springs, this clutch can take it!. Bolts
directly to the OEM solid flywheel and will handle 400 hp & 900
ft. lbs. of torque. Kit includes disc, pressure plate, pilot,
clutch release bearing, & alignment tool.
