Parts for Dana-Spicer Model Super 60 Front Axles in 2005-2010 Ford F-250, F-350 4x4 Trucks

We stock a wide selection of parts and special tools for the 2005-2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty® 4x4 trucks. The 4x4 Ford Super Duty® line went through a major front axle redesign for the 2005 model year. The most obvious difference is the the 2005 to 2010 trucks have coil spring front suspension instead of leaf springs which were a mainstay feature of all previous F-250 4x4s all the way back to 1959. Less apparent is the 2005-2010 axle is a Dana Super 60 compared to standard Dana 50 and Dana 60 axles for the 1999-2004 models. The Dana Super 60 does share some components with the old Dana 60, however, the majority of parts are not interchangeable between the two axle models.

Axle Shaft Seals and Seal Kits for Inner Axle Shafts
QU40244 Ford 2005-2010 Super Duty® Inner Axle Shaft Oil Seals are genuine original equipment oil-bath type seals. Your Inner Axle Shaft Seals are located in the differential housing just outboard of the differential bearings. If you are leaking oil out the end of your axle tubes, these are the seals that need to be replaced.

Axle Shaft Seals and Seal Kits for Outer Axle Shafts
Seal replacement is required anytime the axle shaft is removed to prevent vacuum leaks and or water infiltration. Use the TS1530 (F250-F350) for damage free installation of the knuckle seal on the outer axle shaft and then use it to seat the axle shaft assembly in the knuckle to the proper depth.
